Kyrill Zlobenko is a prominent leader in the European technology industry, bringing over 13 years of experience in sales leadership, go-to-market strategies, and commercial operations scaling across the DACH region, Nordics, and Baltics. Kyrill's professional journey commenced in the summer of 2008 as a Risk Manager - a role that provided unique perspectives during one of the most challenging periods in global financial history

Building on his early experience, Kyrill demonstrated his entrepreneurial prowess in 2010 by co-founding Gazon LLC in Kyiv. The paper cup manufacturing venture proved remarkably successful, achieving profitability and orchestrating a strategic exit within its first year of operations. He then transitioned to Vi, the preeminent television advertising enterprise in Eurasia, where as Senior Marketing Manager he mastered the complexities of large-scale marketing campaigns. In 2012, Kyrill expanded his portfolio by launching Socium AS, a pioneering crowdfunding initiative in Sweden. While this venture did not achieve its intended market success, it provided invaluable insights that would inform his future strategic decisions

In 2013, Kyrill further expanded his entrepreneurial portfolio by joining TechPeaks in Trento, Italy, a strategic accelerator that facilitated crucial connections among leading institutions in ICT research, education, and business development. He subsequently founded Pricelessly SRL, an innovative venture designed to harness celebrity influence for social impact initiatives. Though this enterprise faced operational challenges and eventually concluded operations, it provided valuable insights into social marketing dynamics. His leadership journey continued as COO and founding member of eCozy from 2014 to 2016, where he successfully introduced a line of premium smart home devices to the German-speaking markets

At Seedrs, which Kyrill joined in 2016, he ascended through multiple leadership positions to become Head of Europe. His tenure was marked by exceptional achievements in equity crowdfunding, where he led a high-performing team that successfully raised more than €180 million for over 140 European ventures. Under his leadership, the organization set new industry benchmarks, including record-breaking campaigns in both size and execution speed. Prior to Seedrs' acquisition by Republic, Kyrill demonstrated his operational excellence by significantly expanding EU revenue and establishing robust sales teams across strategic locations in Berlin and Amsterdam

Since 2012, Kyrill has cultivated an extensive portfolio as an angel investor, directing strategic capital into more than 300 technology ventures. His investments span prominent companies including Restream, Nothing.tech, Grin, Cake Equity, Plum, and Taster. His investment thesis has aligned with those of leading institutional investors and industry veterans, facilitating co-investment opportunities with Insight Partners, Sapphire Ventures, as well as respected figures like Chris Sacca, Tony Fadell, JAY-Z, Jason Calacanis, and Mark Suster. Complementing his investment activities, Kyrill contributes his expertise to the startup ecosystem through mentorship roles with accelerator programs, including the Founder Institute, where he helps guide the next generation of entrepreneurs

In his current role, Kyrill serves as Fractional CRO & GTM lead at Bacon while maintaining his active engagement in technology investments.
